Morning and how are you this Saturday? Whilst I am busy beavering away at work I thought I'd share a couple of crafty quotes with you. I am feeling my crocheting has been neglected this week so today I have put that right. Here are a few quotes that made me smile yesterday.
I don't really need to add anymore to this quote do I? It certainly speaks for itself.
Ever get that engrossed in a pattern you forget the time? I think crafting can be like that. I'm sure we have all at some point got so engrossed in doing something the hours pass so quickly. Sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day!
Finally how many times, as a crocheter does someone ask about your new knitting project. ARGH!
They are not the same thing. The only common denominator is the fact they both use wool and yarn.
It can be very frustrating. Do you not agree?

It is our local firework display tonight and I am hoping my kids will want to go and I will have plenty of energy left after a fun packed day at work.

I quite understand someone getting annoyed at peeps getting crochet, and knitting mixed up they are definitely quite different, but both done with wool.
I nearly always get engrossed in craft and forget what time or how much time has gone by till hubby says isn't it time you had a rest.

Hi Erika, love the funnies today I can definitely relate to getting engrossed in crafting, I could stay up in to the early hours crafting and not feel tired at all - until the next day :/
