I did mention it would be a late post.....another oldie for you tonight, staying with the vehicle theme.

Hi, I did mention it would be a late post today, didn't I?
A busy morning in work then home to walk the dog.

The afternoon I spent cutting out Spellbinder dies for my classes next Sunday and then I decided to try a new recipe for tea.
That is two nights in a row I've had my Slimming world cook book out, last night I did lemony chicken, which I really enjoyed....my kids not so much!  (I do wonder why I spend time cooking food from scratch when they'd prefer a pizza from M & S!)
Tonight I did a fish pie and that went down just as well.  I enjoyed it and had second helpings!  My eldest enjoyed it but the youngest just refused.  He always has been fussy with food and I have tried every trick in the book to no avail.
The pie was follow by a weekend treat, a naughty pudding, as I picked the blackberries out of the garden yesterday.   It could only mean one thing in my book...an apple and blackberry crumble, nomn, nomn!

Tonight I need to get organised for another busy day in work tomorrow but first I thought I'd share another bespoke vehicle card.

This was made up for a lovely lady who I have made various cards for over the years.  A mini cooper in brown was the brief.
It was a challenge but I was happy with the results.

Anyway I am going to sign off and go and get organised.
Have a super weekend, whatever you are up to.
I have a crop on Sunday so I am hoping to get some more cutting out done and maybe have some play time with my crocheting.

Great card Erika, love the Mini.

The lemony chicken sounds good and the fish pie. I love homemade fish pie. I made one last week and it was yummy. Crumble sounds yummy too. I love brambles but there aren't any round here.

I've got a crop tomorrow and I'd like to knit or crochet but I feel obliged to colour in some images for Christmas cards since we meet in our local craft shop.

Have a lovely weekend.

Hi Erika, You certainly covered the brief with this card, Gorgeous I always wanted a mini but seem to have every other card but not a mini.

SW recipes are so huge I often feel guilty eating my portion as it seems too much.

We have a glut of brambles around here never seen them so big. When I am out with the dogs I bring back loads and they are free on SW plan. Don't believe Crumble is though.

Another great card Erika,

You are good getting the slimming world cook book out, I left my folder with all the bits in the car all last week, I never looked up anything to see the syns I will have to be good this week was hoping to loss a couple of more pounds before we go to Canada. Like you it's those Blackberries that are to blame they just need to be made in to crumbles and pies eating them on their own is not the same.

Brilliant card, ticks all the boxes of what was asked.
Recipes sound good to me, I was picking Blackberries today but just ate them.
