What's on your Work desk Wednesday 159

It's hump day again and time for a little nosey around cyber land work space....this week I have no demonstrations so I am spending the week catching up on some bespoke card orders.

It doesn't get any tidier does it?  I've got a wedding and anniversary card nearly finished and a whole heap of demo cards to add finishing touches to before forwarding to my boss for more PI samples.  Then more bespoke cards which I really want to finish before the kids break up for the summer holidays at the end of next week.  Can you believe it's that time already?  Limited crafty time full steam ahead!

Our fine host of WOYWW is the lovely Julia and you can get more information and check out other blogs by hopping over to her place.  It only remains for me to say thank you for popping by today and I'll leave you with this e-mail that my dad sent his Grandson....

The computer swallowed grandpa.
Yes, honestly its true!
He pressed 'control and 'enter'
And disappeared from view.
It devoured him completely,
The thought just makes me squirm.
He must have caught a virus,
Or been eaten by a worm.
I've searched through the recycle bin
And files of every kind;
I've even used the Internet,
But nothing did I find.

In desperation, I asked Jeeves
My searches to refine.
The reply from him was negative,
Not a thing was found 'online.'
So, if inside your 'Inbox,'
My Grandpa you should see,
Please 'Copy, Scan' and 'Paste' him
And send him back to me.

I thought I would add that no Grandpa's were injured during the above poem!
I'm now off for a bike ride with the school P4-7 for fitness week, I hope the rain stays away and I pedal fast.  Have a great Wednesday.  x

I love the poem! I'll have to 'borrow' it! My dad, suddenly woke up last Friday and said he wanted a laptop...mum can manage emails and a few other things but dad can't even turn the old computer on, so now he's bought a brand new laptop...and he rings me up to ask how to 'turn it on' and 'where is everything?' and 'why won't it go on line?' and 'how do I turn it off?.... HaPpY wOyWw!
Have a great crafty week

That's a desk and a half Erika, took me ages to nose around at everything going on, lots of rolls of dst! Those things are a last resort for me! Another 34C day here for us but they've promised rain and thunder this afternoon which will cool us down and provide some much needed rain, I don't like it when it's too hot either!
