A little hooker interlude!

Good morning, get me being organised and typing this out for you yesterday!
Today I wanted to share a little something I made for my first post over on The Great Scheme of Things, remember the rose I showed you as a "work in progress" a couple of weeks ago, I finally got it finished and sorted.

A little break from card making.  I have used cotton yarn and the centre is wired diamonte, the sort a florist would use.  The underside has been finished with a circle of matching felt to hide all the workings and attach a brooch pin to the flower.
The lovely June has shared the rose on her blog Planet June.
This is going to be a gift to one of my pals at work after helping me out last week, as a wee thank you.

Over on our new blog The Great Scheme of Things we plan on inspiring you to try different colour combinations for your projects and cards, this weeks colour combination is......

Don't forget you can chat and show us your makes on the Facebook page too.
I look forwards to seeing your makes.

It only remains for me to wish you all the very best this Wednesday, the middle of the week already!
I hope you find some time for crafting.  x
