Good morning and how the devil are you this Friday?
It looks like it is going to be another beautiful day up here in sunny Scotland, blue skies ahoy. We've had a whole week of sunshine, I guess that this is our summer. I am crossing my fingers in sheer hope that the up coming October school holidays will be as nice. I know it's a big ask but wouldn't it be wonderful?
It's Friday and you know what that means, why not join me, just for fun, by sharing an old crafty project. It doesn't have to be an old blogged project as long as you made it yourself in the past, that is the only request. I just think it is lovely to look back on projects and see how your crafting style has changed. I will comment on all who join me, all I ask is that you leave a short comment below so I know that you are in. I look forwards to catching up with you all later today and over the weekend, I can't wait to see what you have decided to share this week.
What's on the cards over the weekend here?
I have the weekend off! Yippee.
My hubby is working all weekend so it's just me and the boys.
What we do will depend on the weather. If it isn't great I think we are planning a trip to the cinema and maybe food out but if it is fine I think we will be down at the beach or harbour enjoying the rays.
I hope to finish of my project, I did try to last night but ended up at the school a little longer than anticipated. I've also got a wee bit to crochet in black and I don't know about you but I find at night black is very difficult to see? Do you? Or is that just my eyesight?
Maybe if I try and sort it in the sunshine I will be able to see what I am doing?
I also have a couple of cards to make so maybe I will get some time for that too.
Have a super weekend, whatever you have planned, thanks if you joined me today, I really appreciate it. More crafting funnies from me tomorrow.

Morning Erika.....hope you're well. Love your oldie, fab sentiment & great dies.....I say it every week but I really do need to use my dies more often!
Hope you have a lovely weekend with your boys......and manage a little crafty time too. I'm off into the town with 3 of my boys (I must be mad lol), the mist is clearing & looks like it might be another lovely day so might even have lunch on the seafront.
hugs Jo x
What a beautiful card Erika. You've used some lovely dies. I love the little red hearts and the flower and swirl look lovely.
Have a lovely weekend. I've got a good one planned. Just off for a walk round a lake with hubby then we're out for lunch. It's a demo day with friends at a craft warehouse tomorrow and a couple of footie matches that should be crackers.
I'm waiting to see the finished crochet.

Hi Erika, isn't it gorgeous weather, we are a little cooler today and there is more cloud cover, but still lovely. It must be wonderful over your way at the coast.
Super card today, love the design and dies.
I've played along this week, Have a fab weekend, Kate x
Hi Erika,
I am a bit late again posting my Oldie.
Your one is wonderful, and I love the fab design of it.
The sentiment is also a great one.
Red and white are always very eye catching, and those shape dies are great.
Hope you do have wonderful weather for your weekend.
Shame hubby has to work.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
This is gorgeous, the layout and the colours are a favourite combination for me. Enjoy your week end and I totally agree with you trying to crochet dark colours at night. Leave it until you can sit in the sunshine with your feet up. I've got cards to finish, knitting to do, crochet projects I'd like to start, sewing, journalling ..... but then that's crafters for you hee hee!
