And there's more!

The inspirations for this card was from a day out to Aberdeen a few years ago and a class by the lovely Diane. 

I have adapted the sizes of this card to suit what I wanted to achieve but it is basically a different version of a step card.

I have used papers from Martha Stewart as are the bling, velum snowflakes and snowmen (all from the special offer kit at the weekend).

I have also used stamps by PI Paula Pascual large Christmas, Blue china distress ink, Stickles Star dust and Spellbinder die Classic scalloped circles.

 

The card measurements I have used are:

1 standard 15 cm square card with side fold plus a strip of card 15 cm's wide by 28 1/2 cm's long (basically the length of A4 card).

The strip is then scored at 2 1/2 cm, 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm and 22 cm's then folded and attached front bottom of the square card. 

All that is left to do at this point is to have fun decorating it!

I think these little snowmen are so cute and already just to stick on your card, it couldn't be easier.

 

Actually it can be easier as this next card is using the new Nitwit Essential die cut collection.

 

Again the papers and acetate sticker are from the Martha Stewart Blue kit, then I have just created a Christmas scene using the die cuts and 3d foam....

How easy is that?

Just what you need when you have so many Christmas cards to make.

Before I go today I just want to thank all the lovely ladies who made it to the crop yesterday.

I had a lovely time catching up with everyone with a few giggles and songs to add in the mix not to mention plenty of cake and cups of char!

I have used stamps from Papertrey ink It's official,

lettering by Scenic route,

SU scalloped punch and

Distress dies; Vintage photo, Fired brick, Brushed corduroy, Tea dye and Crushed olive. 

I have drawn the apple

but the inspiration was taken from a Sizzix die called,

wait for it,

Apple!
