And now for a little origami.....boxing clever!

Another busy day at work today, all the new winter lines coming in and lots of Christmas foods and gifts starting to arrive.  Lots of oooh's and arrh's!
I've tried our new fruity curry tonight, nomn, nomn, I can recommend it, very fruity and creamy just like my gran used to make.

Today I thought I'd share something a little different, it's a box.  This is an idea that I saw over on two fella bloggers pages Hazel and Patricia, with many thanks to Christina for sharing the instructions on how to make it.
I love everyone's version of the box but I'm afraid mine is quite simple....'cause that's just how I roll!!  ;)

And inside...

The papers are by SU and were the range from last Christmas.  I love the Scandinavia theme.  I also have some stamps somewhere from Waltzing Mouse that would go just fine with this....must dig them out and have a play.

Short and sweet from me tonight as I have to now take the boys to band practise.  I'm out on a course with my pal Irene tomorrow, looking forwards to a day of fun!
Enjoy the rest of your evening.
I'll be back late tomorrow to share with you what I've been up to!*

  1. Erika I love your box you may say it simple, but I think it's gorgeous with the lace round the top edge and your bow on the top just fab, love that card/paper. As you say everyone has made a different looking box yet all using the same basic pattern.
    Enjoy your day out.

  6. This is a lovely little box Erika and the paper you've chosen contrasted so well to show off the different folded sections of the box. Thank you for the link to the instructions.
