A week ago I asked my crafty pals over on Facebook, where can I get a stamped image of an old couple?
Big thanks to all the girls who answered and this is what I came up with.
I knew I had seen a good one but couldn't remember where.
The stamp is from Mo Manning and is actually a digi image.
I have coloured with my copics then layered with purple card stock using Spellbinders nestabilities label 1 and fancy tags, I have then distressed with Ranger distress ink walnut.
The reason behind the card was that friends of friends have become grandparents at our age!!!
So my pal wanted make the point that they're getting old!!  LOL.
But not that old!
With the comment inside:

An hour with your grandchildren can make you feel young again.
Anything longer than that, and you start to age quickly.

Oh and I have not spelt Grandad incorrectly up here in Scotland Granny is more popular instead of Grandma or Nana and Granda instead of Grandad.

Well ladies that's me for a couple of days blogging.
I'm off this afternoon down to the NEC at Birmingham for the Craft Trade fair.
The reason.....well, tomorrow afternoon I have a date with the wonderful Tim Holtz!!  Well, a class, LOL.
I am meeting up with Karen from the house of Sugar Nellie later today then with the wonderful Marlene tomorrow.
Hoping for a couple of wonderful days of craftiness!!
With the added bonus that I am staying with my brothers family so I get to see my niece and nephew too.
So guys that's all for now.
I'll be back next week with all the gossip from the weekend.
What's hot and what's not....oh and what we did in Tim's class.
Did I say I'm excited.  :)
